Isobel is a designer with over 20 years’ experience, both within agencies and working independently. She has been involved in numerous brand refresh projects, having involvement in all aspects of the work, from facilitating workshops through to strategic planning to design and roll-out of new branding. She enjoys working directly with clients to get to the heart of the reasons behind a design brief – looking at the internal systems, processes, tools used and required – in order to resolve issues and challenges in the most appropriate way.

Following a career as an advertising copywriter, culminating in his appointment as creative director at DDB Worldwide in Hong Kong, Philip became an independent consultant, specialising in helping clients create and clarify key messages in complex, messy or urgent situations in multi-faceted businesses.

Rob is a website designer with 27 years’ experience working with a variety of clients from big contracts to smaller independent businesses. Rob recognises the importance of working closely with developers to ensure websites are also designed with the user experience in mind, across all devices such as desktop, tablet and mobile.

He has over 20 years’ experience in roles with design agencies in London and Bristol, and understands the importance of a deadline and the necessity for support that can hit the ground running.

Helen is a creative marketing and business development consultant and has worked with start-ups and small businesses, as well as larger organisations within the education sector and government departments. She helps businesses organise their thinking, working with them to solve problems for their consumers. She has been fortunate to work with some innovative founders within the data integration industry and has a good background in GDPR regulations and how important it is to focus on responsible use of data.
Having recently trained to be an integrative counsellor, Helen brings these skills into creating people driven solutions.
