Aktins Care Services approached Suffia+Co looking to rebrand themselves.
What followed was an intense 6-week period, which included workshops and interviews to establish and understand the limitations and frustrations with the current brand, to explore opportunities and aspirations for this new direction and to build the team's relationship giving them a sense of ownership for the new brand.
The result was a new name and identity, new vision and values and language and influencing the website as part of the initial rollout.
