MAC Smarter Research is a market research company. They came to me looking for a way to raise their profile and to stand out in a competitive market. 

Conducting an online workshop was my starting point, to get all parties talking and listening to each other, to discuss issues and sticking points and to talk about company ambitions and what success looked like for them. It was enlightening, valuable and fun and set the tone for the rest of the project.
